The larger 550ml capacity also makes it a better fit for bigger serves, like a Meal Replacement Shake or Super Mass Gainer serve that needs more liquid than a standard whey shake.

The Amino Glass Shaker Bottle is sized more for sipping than for a big protein shake, which makes it the natural choice for something like BCAAs, EAAs or an Electrolyte Powder mix that you sip through a workout rather than skulling in one go. Glass again means no lingering flavour carryover between different amino flavours, which matters more than you'd think if you rotate between a few different products.

Durability is where the trade-off really comes down to your own routine. PVC is close to indestructible for day-to-day knocks and is the obvious pick if your shaker lives in a gym bag or gets carried in a car most days.
