Clean Treats is our range of high-protein baking mixes and ingredients with no artificial colours or flavours, made in Australia. Protein pancake, brownie and cookie mixes that need nothing but water, alongside the raw ingredients for building your own: egg white powder, whole egg powder, buttermilk powder, cocoa, oat milk powder and natural flavour powders.

Protein powder behaves nothing like flour in a batter. It absorbs far more liquid and tightens as it heats, which is why a straight substitution produces something dry and rubbery. Casein holds moisture best, egg white provides structure that nothing else replicates, and whey concentrate is the most forgiving of the whey proteins.

Available in retail sizes and bulk formats for cafes, bakeries and food producers, so this range works whether you're baking at home or supplying a menu.
