Great product. Mix really well (on it's own with water or in milk shakes, also in protein balls, no issues there.) Taste great (pure and clean), not too sweet, not to strong in flavour. Gut friendly. My favourite!

Have been using this in combination with the pure product meal replacement shakes to increase my protein in vanilla flavour and cannot recommend enough. Very clean unlike most brands. I had bad experiences with other brands and the filler and extra chemicals affected my digestion so this is a great option
I use the Glycine in the evening, one teaspoon with Chamomile tea to help me sleep. It works a treat.😁👍🏻
