Description

Beta-Alanine is a non-essential amino acid. It is naturally made by the body but also found in animal products. Beta Alanine's main effect comes from its ability to boost the synthesis of carnosine, which helps the muscles reduce their acid levels during exercise. This can help ward off fatigue leading to more intense and longer training sessions.

Beta-Alanine has been shown to improve athletic performance by reducing fatigue, increasing endurance and boosting performance in high-intensity exercises. It is ideal for anyone involved in sports that require explosive actions such as sprinting, weight training, or boxing, as well as anyone doing prolonged endurance exercise.

Many users experience intense vasodilatation/pumps from the very first dose of Beta-Alanine as carnosine is a powerful precursor in generating nitric oxide synthase.
