How to Earn & Redeem Reward Points
Every time you shop with Pure Product Australia, you earn points you can turn into money off your next order. Here's how it works.
Step 1: Join for free and get 100 points
- Click the Reward Points button at the bottom-left of any page (on mobile, tap the gift icon).
- Click Join and create your Pure Product account, or sign in if you already have one.
- That's it. 100 points are added to your account straight away.
Important: Points are linked to your account. Always sign in before you check out, or your order won't earn points.
Step 2: Earn points

To claim the social, review and email points, open the Reward Points button, go to Ways to earn and click the action you've completed.
Order points are added once your payment is confirmed. If an order is refunded, the points from that order are removed.
Step 3: Redeem points for money off

How to activate your reward:
- Sign in and click the Reward Points button.
- Go to Ways to redeem and choose your reward.
- Click Redeem. You'll get a unique discount code.
- Copy the code and paste it into the Discount code box at checkout.
You can find all your codes again under Your rewards in the Reward Points window.
VIP tiers: earn more, get more
Your tier is based on the total points you've earned since joining.

Refer a friend: you both get 5% off
- Sign in and click the Reward Points button, then open Refer a friend.
- Copy your personal referral link, or send it by email.
- Your friend gets a 5% off code for their first order.
- When your friend completes their purchase, you get a 5% off code too.
The referral discount is for new customers only.
Good to know
- Your points don't expire.
- The $10 off coupon must be used within 12 months of redeeming it.
- Only one discount code can be used per order. Reward codes can't be combined with other discount codes.
- Check your balance any time by signing in and clicking the Reward Points button.
