Add 1.5g of Acetyl L-Carnitine powder (one to two times) to a shaker or a glass filled with 200-300ml of cold water or juice. Then mix it up. ALCAR is best taken 15-30 minutes before exercise.

What is the normal taste and smell of ALCAR Powder?

What is the difference between Acetyl L-Carnitine (ALCAR) and L-Carnitine L-Tartrate (LCLT)?
L-carnitine L-Tartrate and Acetyl-L-carnitine are two different forms of the same amino acid. The main difference between them is that Acety l-carnitine is more easily absorbed from the gut, and more readily crosses the blood-brain barrier to reach your brain and nerves. Although they both share the benefits for weight loss, ALCAR is also used for cognitive enhancement.
