1. Add one heaped scoop (50g) to 400-500ml of low-fat milk, non-dairy milk or coconut water. To determine tolerance, begin by taking 25g and increase the amount until personal tolerance has been assessed.
2. Use a shaker to mix for 25-30 seconds or until powder is completely dissolved.
3. Enjoy a tasty, nutritious, and well-balanced shake!
This product is intended to be used as part of a low-calorie diet which must always be complemented with the consumption of other foods, the daily intake of 2-3L of water and physical exercise on a regular basis.
