Eligibility:

- The lower advertised price must be current and publicly available on the competitor's website. We reserve the right to verify the price and availability of the competitor's offer.
- The competitor must be a legitimate Australian retailer. We reserve the right to exclude certain retailers from the price beat guarantee at our sole discretion.
- Sale and clearance prices from competitors are eligible for price beat.
- Discounts and coupon codes cannot be applied in conjunction with a price beat. If we beat a competitor's price, the price beat will be the final price.
How to Claim a Price Beat:

Send us a message with the following information:
- Product name, size, flavor
- Lower advertised price
- Link to the competitor's website with the advertised price
- Country of origin and manufacturer of the competitor's product (if possible)
- Once we verify the information, you will receive an email with the approved price beat amount.
Our Right to Deny Claims:
We reserve the right to accept or deny any price beat claim at our sole discretion. Reasons for denial may include, but are not limited to:
- Inaccurate or incomplete information provided in the claim.
- The competitor's offer is not publicly available or verifiable.
- The competitor's offer is a limited-time promotion, clearance sale, or other temporary discount.
- The competitor's offer is for a product that is out of stock, damaged, or counterfeit.
- The competitor's product is not from the same manufacturer or country of origin.

- This Price Beat Guarantee is subject to change without notice.
- This Price Beat Guarantee cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
