Description
L-Carnitine L-Tartrate Powder (LCLT) is a form of Carnitine, a well-characterized amino acid naturally produced in the body to generate energy.
The human body uses L-Carnitine for fatty acid oxidation, the process in which fatty acids are broken down to create energy. In other words, L-Carnitine helps the body convert fat into energy by moving it to the mitochondria to be burned as fuel. This burning process is called beta-oxidation, where fat is converted to ATP or energy.
When taken regularly as a supplement and combined with a quality diet and appropriate exercise, L-Carnitine may help weight loss. L-Carnitine is also taken as an enhancement for bodybuilding thanks to its excellent physical effects.
Recent studies suggest that supplementing with L-Carnitine L-Tartrate can upregulate the AR (androgen receptor), content, which may promote increased testosterone uptake and recovery from RE.
L-Carnitine L-Tartrate was shown to reduce muscle damage produced by an acute bout of high-intensity RE in two cross-over, placebo-controlled trials.

FAQ
How is this product packaged?
This product is supplied in resealable 100g, 200g, 500g bags.
What is the normal taste and smell of L-Carnitine L-Tartrate Powder?
L-Carnitine L-Tartrate in its pure form has a slightly tart or sour taste, and it's normal for it to have a vinegar-like odor. We recommend mixing it with juice or any other flavored liquid to enhance the taste.
What is the difference between Acetyl L-Carnitine (ALCAR) and L-Carnitine L-Tartrate (LCLT)?
L-Carnitine L-Tartrate and Acetyl-L-carnitine are two different forms of the same amino acid. The main difference between them is that Acety l-carnitine is more easily absorbed from the gut, and more readily crosses the blood-brain barrier to reach your brain and nerves. Although they both share the benefits for weight loss, ALCAR is also used for cognitive enhancement.
