THE BENEFITS
Add 1 Serving (30g) of Clear Protein Water with 200-300ml of cold water into a shaker cup. Cover and shake for 25-30 seconds. Allow the foam to settle and infuse for 60 seconds. You can also mix it with flavoured drinks, smoothies, yogurts, soups... or whatever you like!
Consume enough protein to meet your daily protein requirements through a combination of high protein foods and protein supplements. For the best results, consume your daily protein allotment over several small meals spread evenly throughout the day.

How to measure this product without using a scoop
Standard Serving Size: Approx. 30g per serve.
Measuring:
Tablespoon Method: About 1 tablespoon of whey protein is roughly 7.5 grams, so you may need about 4 tablespoons (2 heaping tablespoon) for a full serving.
Digital Scale: For best accuracy, use a digital kitchen scale to measure exactly 30g.
