Add 2g of Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid (GABA) powder to a shaker or glass filled with 200-300ml of cold water or juice, and mix it up. We recommend to take it ideally 1- 2 hours before bed. Do not consume more than 5g per day. Do not combine with alcohol.
Please note that GABA might be addictive and should be recycled every two weeks.
