Add 20ml of water or milk to the mixture. - 2. Gradually add 120 grams of High Protein Cookies mix to the bowl.
Mix the ingredients together for approximately 30 seconds or until you achieve a smooth and homogeneous texture. Ensure that the mixture has an even colour throughout. - 3. Prepare an oven tray by lining it with baking paper.
- 4. Scoop out portions of the dough, approximately 50 grams each, and place them onto the lined oven tray.
You should be able to make approximately 6 cookie dough portions. - 5. Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F) and set it to fan bake mode.
- 6. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for approximately 12 minutes or until they turn a golden brown colour.
Keep an eye on them to prevent over-baking. - 7. Once the cookies are baked, remove them from the oven and allow them to cool to room temperature.
