Collection: Baking: Protein Mixes, Treats and Clean Ingredients

Baking is where protein and actually wanting to eat something sweet stop being opposites. This category covers protein baking mixes and clean ingredients, built so you don't have to choose between hitting your protein target and having something worth making on a Sunday afternoon. High protein cookies and brownies cover the classic treat side of things, made with more protein than a normal bakery version without turning into something that tastes like a supplement. Pancakes sit here too, for the mornings a shake doesn't quite cut it and you want something you can actually sit down and eat with a fork.

Beyond the finished treats, this category also covers the raw ingredients behind them: egg powders, buttermilk and cocoa, the basics that go into a lot of home recipes whether or not protein is the point. Keeping those on hand means you're not stuck substituting or leaving something out halfway through a recipe. Everything here, whether it's a mix you tip into a bowl or a raw ingredient you build a recipe around, is made to the same standard as the rest of our range. That's really the whole idea behind grouping everything under one category: so cookies, brownies, pancakes and the ingredients behind them all sit in one place instead of scattered across the site
