Add 5g of L-Glutamine Powder to a shaker or a glass filled with 200-300ml of cold water or juice. Then mix it up. L-Glutamine is best used before or directly after training.

L-Glutamine is a plant-based amino derived via non-pathogenic microbial fermentation and filtration of glucose.  

What does L-Glutamine do?

L-Glutamine is a conditionally essential amino acid that is abundant in the body. It becomes "essential" when the body is under stress, such as during illness or injury, when the demand for it exceeds the body's ability to produce it. 

How to measure without using a scoop

1. Standard Serving Size: Approx. 5g per serve.

2. Measuring:

   • Teaspoon Method: About 1 teaspoon is roughly 5 grams.

   • Digital Scale: For best accuracy, use a digital scale to measure exactly 5g.

Can I mix L-Glutamine with other supplements?  

Yes, you can. A good way to take L-Glutamine is by adding it to your Pure Product Whey Protein (Isolate or Concentrate) or BCAA post-workout shake.
