I buy the unflavoured Collagen. I have been taking collagen for a few years but I have noticed my nails are harder and the skin on my upper arms is less wrinkled. Is this because my body finally took it up, or is the the new pure product superior? I can't say but I believe it is a very good product. It goes in our breakfast with the protein powder.
