I choose Pure Protein because it’s clean and there’s minimal ingredients. I recently started ADHD meds that impact my appetite making it extremely hard to hit my protein goals daily.
By mixing a scoop of Vanilla powder into my Greek yogurt, that’s over 40gms of protein that I can have with my tablet, or as a snack.
It is tasteless, which is what I was looking for, I just wasn't expecting to have to put so much powder in to get to the 30g, it does make it a bit gluggy and unappealing to drink on its own, however it would be perfect in a smoothie.

Mixes well. Love the taste of the chocolate flavour. Keeps me feeling full when mixed with milk. Helps stop sugar cravings which is a big bonus as i have only been doing gym workouts for 4 weeks.
