Super Mass is an ultra-premium protein carb complex powder with 50g protein per serving, 1248 calories, Creatine and L-Glutamine. It is built from three-stage protein release, two-stage carb release and more than 20 different amino vitamin and minerals to support and maximize muscle mass gain.

Super Mass combines a foundation of complete dairy proteins, mostly from isolate sources, and an optimum blend of carbs (Maltodextrin, Dextrose) to provide the right amount of energy during the exercise and help replenishes stores of sugar in muscles during recovery after intense activity.

Directions

To determine tolerance, begin by taking 1/4 -1/2 of the serving size mixed with about 500ml - 700ml of water or low-fat milk. Raise the amount until personal tolerance has been assessed (full serving size 350g). For best results use Super Mass combined with intense weight training (3-5 times per week) and a sensible whole foods diet. 

Sufficient recovery between workouts impacts your ability to gain lean mass. It is recommended to allow at least 48 hours between workouts involving the same body parts.
