International Shipping

When placing an order for delivery outside Australia, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Charges for duties, taxes and the courier's collection fee are in addition to your shipping charge and must be borne by you.

Pure Product Australia is not responsible for products confiscated by the legal authorities of your country; we advise you to check your local laws in advance before ordering. Please check if there are any special permits needed or restrictions applied when receiving parcels from overseas.

International shipping charges vary by the products ordered and the shipping destination. Shipping charges are automatically calculated during the checkout process.

We do not accept returns for items shipped internationally.

If you refuse a shipment from Pure Product Australia, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Pure Product Australia. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
