Our objective is your satisfaction with your Pure Product Australia purchase, and we endeavour to facilitate the returns procedure seamlessly. Upon receipt of your order, kindly ensure that the received goods correspond to your order prior to unsealing any products.
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days from the day the order was delivered. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
We reserve the right to provide store credit without notice to the customer at any time.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Defective or Faulty Products
If you receive damaged goods do not throw them away!
We will organise for you to return the damaged items back to us.
We provide the following guarantees on our products: 7 days for food items and 14 days for apparel/accessories. Kindly contact us via email at orders@pure-product.com. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps.
We will issue store credit for the faulty item, or you may opt to return it for a full refund or exchange. We will provide a return shipping label at no charge to you. If opting for a return, please refrain from opening or using the product.
Please be aware: This must be done within 14 days of receiving your order.
Change of Mind
If you find that you have ordered a product of which you do not like the taste/texture or have an adverse reaction to, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. You must send the product back to us at your own expense within 7 days of receiving it.
International Returns
International orders may apply for a return for Store Credit or Refund only; exchanges on apparel are not available. Shipping for Store Credit is to be borne by the customer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
We reserve the right to provide partial or full refunds of an order at our discretion, without prior notice to the customer. We may issue a refund for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to product quality issues, inventory shortages, or shipment delays.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Store Credits
Store credits are provided via email in the form of a gift card, which can be utilized for a subsequent purchase, valid for 12 months from the issuance date.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
