Take 10g, 20 minutes before bed. Add powder to water or fruit juice, or as directed by a healthcare professional.  If you are under the age of 18, pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or planning a surgery, consult your healthcare professional before use.  If any adverse reactions occur, stop taking the product and consult your doctor.

CAUTION: Do not combine with alcohol. Do not consume more than 10g per day. This product might be addictive and should be recycled every two weeks. Do not drive a vehicle or operate machinery while using this product.

How is this product packaged?    

This product is supplied in 200g tub.

How long does it take to work?  

It starts working typically 15-30 minutes after consumption. You can expect to experience increased relaxation and sedation, within this time-frame. 

What are the side effects? 

GABA may cause sleepiness, tingling sensations and slowing effect on breathing which can lead to shortness of breath. Please, consult with your doctor, or other qualified health care professional before taking.
