How many serves of WPC should I have each day?
It depends on your weight, goal, and activity level. Most active people aim for 2g of protein per kg of body weight daily. For someone 80kg, that's 160g - two WPC shakes give you around 48g, with the rest coming from whole foods.
Is this product lactose-free?
No, it is not. Although WPC is a low lactose protein, its lactose levels are higher than in WPI. If you are looking for a low-lactose protein, then you should go with WPI. Whey Protein Isolate (WPI) contains very low levels of lactose, that's why most people who are lactose intolerant are able to safely consume it without any negative side effects. However, we recommend to always consulting with a medical practitioner before taking it.
