Preheat lightly-oiled griddle or non-stick pan to medium heat. Add 3 scoops (100g aprox.) to 200-250 ml of water or milk to a shaker and mix it. Once blended, pour into the preheated pan. Once bubbles appear flip and cook for a further 3 seconds until golden brown. Makes up to six high protein pancakes.
