How Can I Redeem My Points?
To redeem your points for a reward, please follow these steps:
Click on the loyalty button located at the bottom corner of the page.
Log into the Rewards Panel
- Log into your account on the rewards panel.
- Next, click on "Ways to Redeem."
Enter the Email Address Linked to Your Account:
Please make sure to enter an active email address that you have access to, as the login code will be sent there.
Enter the 6 digit code sent to your email address:
In the new page press "Back to store"
Click on the Loyalty Button Again:
You will be to see the below options:
Upon clicking ‘Redeem’, you will be taken to a page that shows the coupon code with a button to ‘Apply code’.
Make your purchase as usual. Once you check out, you’ll find that the coupon code has been applied. If that’s not the case, paste the previously copied code into the Discounts box and ‘Apply’.
* Please note that the customer loyalty points redemption cannot be applied in conjunction with any other discount happening at the time.
* Once you have redeemed your points for a reward, the reward will remain in your account until you decide to use it on a purchase, or until the reward expires. Points are not automatically returned to your account if a reward is redeemed and not used. If that happened to you, please contact us.
