Protein Balls Mix Nutrition Information
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Step 1: Pour entire packet into a mixing bowl.
- Step 2: Add 110ml of milk to the bowl and stir until it forms a thick consistency (do not exceed the amount of milk).
- Step 3: Wet your hands before handling the mix and roll into approximately 12 x 25g balls.
- Step 4: Roll in the shredded coconut to coat.
- Step 5: Refrigerate for 1 hour.
