Protein Pancake Mix Nutrition Information

DIRECTIONS: Preheat lightly-oiled griddle or non-stick pan to medium heat. Add 3 scoops (100g approx) to 200-250 ml of water or milk to a shaker and mix it. Once blended, pour into the preheated pan. Once bubbles appear flip and cook for a further 3 seconds until golden brown. Makes up to six high protein pancakes.

INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour, whey protein isolated, white egg powder, whole egg protein powder, baking powder, natural flavours, natural sweetener (steviol).
