Micellar Casein is ideally taken before bedtime when your body typically goes for hours without food. Mix 30 grams (1 scoop) with milk, juice or water. Adjust the amount of liquid to achieve your desired taste and caloric or protein requirements.  Its thickness makes Casein perfect for a mousse.

How to measure this product without using a scoop

1. Standard Serving Size: Approx. 30g per serve.

2. Measuring:

   • Tablespoon Method: About 1 tablespoon of whey protein is roughly 7.5 grams, so you may need about 2 tablespoons (2 heaping tablespoon) for a full serving.

   • Digital Scale: For best accuracy, use a digital kitchen scale to measure exactly 30g.

Can I choose different flavours if I purchase more than 1KG?

What is the difference between Whey (WPI, WPC) and Casein?   

- The main difference between both proteins is the rate of digestion. Whey is rapidly digested and broken down to its amino acids, while casein is broken down and digested much slower, delivering to the body a slow sustained release of aminos  (up to 12 hours) to the muscle. 

- Casein protein has a much thicker consistency compared to any type of whey so it requires more water to be palatable. 

What is Casein made from?

Casein is a protein derived from milk, making up about 80% of the total protein in cow's milk. It's naturally slow-digesting, witch makes it ideal for sustained amino acid release - especially overnight.
