SUGGESTED USE:
Consume enough protein to meet your daily protein requirements through a combination of high protein foods and protein supplements. For the best results, consume your daily protein intake over several small meals spread evenly throughout the day.
DIRECTIONS:
Shaker cup: Just pour in 200 - 300ml of cold milk or water and then add one rounded scoop of WHEY PROTEIN to your shaker cup. Cover and shake for 25-30 seconds.
Spoon stirred: Add one rounded scoop of WHEY PROTEIN to a glass filled with 200 - 300ml of cold milk or water, then mix it up with a spoon. Stir for about 30 seconds or until powder is completely dissolved.
Adjust the taste of your WHEY PROTEIN by varying the amount of liquid that you use to prepare it. For a bolder flavour with slightly more body and sweetness, mix each scoop with 100- 150ml of cold water or milk. For a milder tasting, less sweet shake, use 300- 350ml of cold milk or water per scoop.
Blender: Add one rounded scoop of WHEY PROTEIN in a blender filled with 200- 300ml of water or your favourite beverage. Blend for 20- 30 seconds, then add 1-2 ice cubes and blend for an additional 30 seconds.
Mix up your shake: By adding fresh or frozen fruits, peanut butter, flaxseed oil, coconut and other ingredients, you can make an even more delicious shake.
Stack your shake: You can make WHEY PROTEIN an even better post-workout product by adding supplements like creatine, glutamine, BCAA, and concentrated carbohydrate powders.

How to measure this product without using a scoop
Standard Serving Size: Approx. 30g per serve.
Measuring:
Tablespoon Method: About 1 tablespoon of whey protein is roughly 7.5 grams, so you may need about 4 tablespoons (2 heaping tablespoon) for a full serving.
Digital Scale: For best accuracy, use a digital kitchen scale to measure exactly 30g.
How many serves of WPC should I have each day?
It depends on your weight, goal, and activity level. Most active people aim for 2g of protein per kg of body weight daily. For someone 80kg, that's 160g - two WPC shakes give you around 48g, with the rest coming from whole foods.
Is this product lactose-free?
No, it is not. Although WPC is a low lactose protein, its lactose levels are higher than in WPI. If you are looking for a low-lactose protein, then you should go with WPI. Whey Protein Isolate (WPI) contains very low levels of lactose, that’s why most people who are lactose intolerant are able to safely consume it without any negative side effects. However, we recommend to always consulting with a medical practitioner before taking it.

I like this unflavoured grass fed whey as an easy way to top up the protein in my breakfast bowl or overnight oats. I bought a bag of vanilla flavoured Pure Product whey by accident (and like that it's at least sweetened with stevia rather than more artificial sweeteners) but find the flavour too sweet and strong on it's own so I have mixed it in with the unflavoured whey.
Absolutely love both products i ordered. Protein powder & electrolytes. Both have great flavour and not full of sugar!

I am happy with this whey protein- especially because it is made with grass-fed milk. It blends well with cacao and berry powder. I find the steviol taste a little strong but will continue to order this from Pure Product because I believe it is superior to other whey powders available. Love the purple packaging!
