To make the equivalent of 1 whole egg, you need about 16 g of egg powder mixed with 40 g water.

To obtain 1 kg of liquid egg whole:

One part of egg whole powder (250g) and 3 parts of water (750g).

Recipes

1. Omelette with Egg Powder

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp egg powder
  • 4 tbsp water
  • Salt and pepper
  • A little oil or butter

Method:
Mix the egg powder with the water until smooth. Heat a pan, pour in the mixture, and cook like a regular omelette.

 

2. Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp egg powder
  • ½ cup blended oats or oat flour
  • ½ mashed banana
  • ½ cup milk or water
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • Cinnamon to taste

Method:
Mix everything into a batter, then cook in a pan for about 2 minutes on each side.


3. Protein Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp egg powder
  • 6 tbsp water
  • 1 cup flour or oat flour
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey or sweetener
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Chocolate chips or berries

Method:
Mix everything together, place into a muffin tray, and bake at 180°C for 15–20 minutes.


4. Chicken Schnitzel / Chicken Coating

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp egg powder
  • 4 tbsp water
  • Chicken breast
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Seasoning

Method:
Mix the egg powder with water, dip the chicken into the mixture, coat with breadcrumbs, then fry or bake.


5. Simple Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp egg powder
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 80 g butter
  • ½ tsp baking powder

Method:
Mix into a dough, shape into cookies, and bake at 180°C for 10–12 minutes.
